Will my green peppers turn red or yellow? Or are they all different varieties

I have a pepper plant that was given to me as a present. It has several peppers that have grown to what I consider full size. All the peppers are green. Will they turn red or yellow (which I prefer) or will they stay green and just grow bigger?

green peppers will turn red as they ripen. yellow are a different variety

I thought they were all the same fruit, turning green -> yellow -> orange -> red

Red peppers have much more antioxidants and vitamin c than green peppers
