Advice re maintenance loan

Is there anywhere with a phone/email helpline for advice on applying for a maintenance loan for a new student? It's very confusing and there is a complicated family situation.

you can send a query into student finance, or you can speak to the university where they hold an offer. The student success or the widening participation or outreach team is used to these sorts of circumstances and will be well placed to advise. I work with students every year who have a difficult time with SFE because of their circumstances, so if you’d like to pop me a private message I don’t mind giving you a bit of an idea of options.
