Prince2 practitioner exam - Take2

Hi, has anyone done a take2 for this exam?
Looking for tips and advice..

Have you had any training? We do this at work, a weeks intensive training with an external facilitator with the exam early afternoon Friday and the rest of the afternoon off.

it may be that the results are squeezed by only allowing people expected to pass to take the course but I don’t think anyone who say the test has failed

Of that’s not possible, then I’d encourage you to have some time off (is study leave a possibility?) and really emerse yourself in the language and processes. Attempt paper after paper till you really have it all at your fingertips. It’s just a language really and one that lends itself to be used in context.

use lots of tabs and markers so you really know your way around the manual. Most time gets wasted finding the right stuff.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did the 5-day training course - passed my 'foundation' but struggling to grasp the exam technique for 'pracitioner'! I mean, I do get it.. and then I overthink and then all the answers look right! In hindsight I should have gone back and read the case study more.

There are also only 100 questions to practice on and at this point I feel like I've memorised the answers so that does not help with the thinking! I'll keep at it and hope I pass it this time.

Good luck, I’m sure you’ll nail it this time. as you have already spotted, Technique certainly is a big part of it much more so than actually managing projects in real life.
