Any Advice?

I've recently completed a course with a company who've misled me before signing up saying I would be offered a job of 24k minimum starting salary within 15 weeks of completion of the course or my money back.
I've completed the course and have not recieved either, I've gone back to them and said I want my refund, they are saying I haven't completed the course so not entitled to anything. I said I completed everything on my portal amd have the certificates to prove it. They've said I didn't complete one, I said it wasn't on my portal and they keep reiterating that I shouldve known I was missing a module and let them know.

My question is does anyone have advice on how I can get my refund?

Sadly, this sounds like a scam.

You could try phoning your local Trading Standards office for advice.

Took your advice and called TS, they advised me of what I could do, and as I had a call booked with a rep for this company today, I said on the call that while I would like to work this out amicably, I would be informing TS about the problem if we couldn't reach an agreement. Almost instantly I had a respons of "I've been authorised to give you "x" amount for a refund"
So I took the small win and got back my course fees. I didn't get back the exam fees, but I'm just happy to have gotten something.
Thank you for your advice x

You are very welcome.
Glad they have done a u-turn.

Would it be worth naming them?
