Pearson A Level Maths

Can anyone suggest the best way to use past papers to revise for end of Y12 exams?

For example, does paper 1 cover year 1 content?

Or does it depend on the order that the teacher has chosen to cover the course?

For Y12 use the AS level papers as they usually cover Y1 A level content.

If extra practice is needed you can also used the old specification C1, C2, M1 and S1 papers but the mapping between the syllabuses is not exact so be careful.

Definitely worth asking the teacher though in case they have taught in an unusual order.

Do all the AS edexcel papers (can find them on Physics and maths tutor) in exam conditions, I.e. timed, with nothing but your calculator and the formula book. Once done, mark against the official mark scheme. Then fill any gaps in your knowledge.
