RAF engineer officer - what degree?

What degree has your child done/thinking of doing if aiming to apply for engineer officer (aero systems)?

Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical engineering. Electronics is suitable too. Not that Dc has done it but it’s the obvious ones. What does RAF careers suggest?
