My daughter has just found out that they haven't finished the curriculum yet. They still have 2 topics left to cover and the first exam is exactly a month today. Can anyone suggest anything she can do at home to help?

Start regular revising now. That will give her the confidence and soace to take on new topics as they come along

I teach this. Which topics? There is a huge range of material that can be taught as long as all sections of the exam papers have been covered. As long as they have looked at plenty of theories/case studies/ examples to do with language change and diversity it doesn't matter if there are two more the teacher would like to cover - there is still time and even if they don't get to them it won't be the end of the world. Is that what you mean by topics? If it's that child language acquisition & gender haven't been done that would be a bit of a worry, but it's vanishingly unlikely.

One of them is Language and Age. Not too sure what the other one is but I'll check when she gets home.
