Paralegal Apprenticeship

My 17 year old has applied for a paralegal apprenticeship with a large law firm. The initial test stage was passed and now comes the video interview stage.
Has anyone done this before, or has their child? Could they offer any advice or tips?
DC is really desperate to succeed in the interview but, obviously, has very limited experience in doing them.

Remember with a video interview you can stick post it notes around the screen with prompts and the interviewer can’t see them. I’d go for a few bullet point words as you don’t want to appear to be reading, but they are a good safety net.
