Hearing from Bristol Uni.

I wondered when Bristol Uni makes co tactics with potential students about offers etc. My DS applied and hasn't heard anything. He has heard from other unis even if not an accept/reject but e.g. more assessments and/or interviews.

Opps "contact".

I received 4 out of 5 offers, some within a week or so, but Bristol just never responded. I was waiting months and withdrew my application in the end as they weren't my first or insurance choice anyway. I'm sure some of the people I knew at the time had similar experiences

Thank you Vamp . On my other thread (accommodation costs) another poster commented about how late Bristol are to respond.

The other offers I received were from Manchester, Leeds, Lancaster and Cardiff - at the time I'm sure Mancheste, Leeds and Lancaster were technically more competitive than Bristol, in terms of entry.

So I wouldn't worry yet that lack of response is indicative of likely decision- I think Bristol do just seem to take their time
