Can anyone advise if there is funding available for adults who failed their secondary school GCSEs and need to retake them for job opportunities please?
I claim tax credits currently as I’m on a low income and trying to get my dream job, but unfortunately I cannot afford the costs of GCSE courses and exams to apply for the jobs. Thanks!

Only English and Maths gcse ( or level 2 equivalent) are free to those without a pass.

If you don’t have a full level 2 qualification then you can get funded courses.

Great thanks, do you know how I can apply and what the process is? I’m struggling to find anything online regarding adults

Try your local further education college or the county council website for whoever has the contract locally to deliver courses to adults in the community.
