Starting y12 - vocational courses support threasd

Anyone up for a thread for those off to college (or apprenticeships) and not doing A levels?

My DD2 missed all of y11 due to MH issues, so I am just hoping she actually makes it in regularly. DD1 did a BTEC at a different college but that was 6 years ago now,

How are we doing?

DD has today told me she only has 2 questions and 1 photo left for her portfolio (which determines pass or fail for this year), so that is good.

Psyching up for English language GCSE in 2 weeks & relieved that maths has been put back.

I daren't check attendance. Last time I looked it was 80% but I suspect it is sinking towards 75% now.
