RR6 Ricards/Rutlish 6th form

We are thinking of RR6 for our DS. What would it be like joining in the sixth form from a different school? He is particularly interested in the Drama BTEC. Does anyone have any experience of this? Would Drama be at Ricards as they seem to have that specialism, rather than Rutlish? He'd also be interested in English A level and maybe Politics or Philosophy. This is for entry in September 2022. Any feedback generally about RR6 would be great. Thanks very much.

Hi, hope this reply isn't too late for you.
My daughter was a pupil at RR6 2016-2018. Not doing any of those courses but thoroughly enjoyed the school. One of the boys on the course came from Tiffin Boys school. Didn't know anyone on the first day but soon made friends (now daughter's boyfriend!) He did English A level and achieved an A.
Subjects are split between the 2 sites and as Ricards has a large drama and dance department it's very likely drama will be taught there.
The students are used to travelling between the 2 sites and the timetable accomodates the time needed for this.
