I need advice!

So to cut a long story short I am 35 and in my first year of an education studies degree however, I want to be a social worker. So I can either switch to a Social Work BA degree or I can see my current degree through to the end and do a Social Work MA or Step up. My question is which route would be better? I feel utterly ridiculous to be in this position at my age but I need to make a choice soon.

Personally I'd switch to the BA if you are certain about social work.

  1. If you aren't really committed to your degree course you won't enjoy it and you will struggle to put in the effort required to get a good result.

  2. Why waste time heading in one direction when you want to go in another.
