help with Track....

Is there anyone who can help with a Track issue ?

My ds had deferred a year and ended up in clearing today . He got 2 good offers but wanted to hold out for his preferred uni. The preferred uni didn't confirm until after 5pm today . he's just gone on to confirm his place and can;t find a button to 'add to clearing' .

He goes on holiday at 5am tomorrow (great planning !) so will need to take his laptop and sort it out tomorrow .
Is there something we are missing about where the 'add to clearing' button is? We thought it was going to be on the 'my choices' pages but can;t find it... help - i have 1 very stressed DS . tbf he only got about 3 hours sleep last night!

you might get more answers if you ask in 'higher' traditionally this section 'further' is for 16-18 but we clearly are ignoring that quite a bit. Higher has more traffic and usually more experienced people. Good luck.

it seems like it's a technical error and he will need to sort it out tomorrow when he gets abroad .

He'll be fine as long as he accepts before 21st Aug.

I don;' know why he didn't just do it straight away .. but who am i to suggest sensible ideas to a kid who thinks he knows it all !! :)

May sound odd but could it be your browser? I get issues with safari sometimes and logging into Firefox and doing it from there often helps
