Hi I will do some proper research but just wanted to see if some knowledgeable people could help me too.
I have applied for full time college as a single mum in Scotland, I've been told I could get a bursary for £90 a week to help but I just wondered how did others manage and what other support financial or otherwise is out there.
I'm self employed at the moment but most of that will be scuppered with full time college and basically thinking of changing my business and taking in ironing instead to work around college and dc.
Have you managed to work around full time Education and children?
As a single parent I feel it's a massive barrier but atleast I have some time to put something in place to adjust.
Any advice and experiences would be great.
