Can anyone tell me how many hours a week they are/were in college for an access to higher education course?
Looking into doing social care to be more specific but any rough idea would help Smile

Usually they are full time and intensive over a year. It might vary but I now my local access course (I know someone who completed it a couple of years ago) was between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, obviously there are breaks but not many. Intensive means just that. There's coursework to complete as well.

The one my college runs is general access to H.E. and is the eqivilent of three a levels done in a year, hence access to H.E.
