Can anyone tell me what rights I have regarding information from the college on how they are/have dealt with bullying behaviour involving assault?

Who was the assaulter? Member of staff or student? Ditto the victim - member of staff or student?

For starters, ask to see their policy for dealing with bullying. They should be sticking pretty closely to that.

Is a DC at college? Or is this about you?
