dd turns 19 in September and would like to go back to sixth form to do her a levels. she dropped out of her last sixth form due to the fact that she received very poor as level grades. can you she still do this or would it be viewed as a
child protection
issue due to her

You have the answers on your other thread - of course child protection isn't an issue - doing A levels and AS levels in one year might be.
