What are all the different methods used in trying to modify or change unwanted behaviour?

I can't see the woods for the trees today

so far lots involved in foster dd's care have tried:

1. explanation
2. 4 years of therapy all focused on safety
3. careful monitoring
4. gradual introduction to new ways of doing things
5. properly explained consequences when the behaviour is repeated
6. praise/attention/reward when the behaviour is not chosen
7. giving extra responsibility

Is there anything I'm missing that I could take to a professionals meeting. I'd really (obviously) like dd to not be moved on.

What other behaviour methods do you use?

Hitting and yelling are not options here
