Have you been given a copy of the guidance that accompanies the workbook?

try to just focus on one bit at a time as it can feel overwhelming looking at it as a whole.

don’t write essays - just do bullet points and/or brief sentences to evidence. List relevant training in answers, put date of a supervision when a topic was discussed etc.

Eg:
2.3 Relationships with parents and others.

2/10/24 Supporting Family Time training.
23/11/24 Attended family time review.

I support X in seeing their family by:
*taking them fortnightly to see mum which is supervised in a contact centre.
*liaising directly with the carers for Xs younger brother and arranging play dates at each others houses or in the park.
*helping X to choose cards and gifts for family birthdays and Christmas.

I have advocated for X by sharing their views after they told me that they didn’t want to see Dad. Their SW has now changed the plan so that they write to Dad instead.

X sometimes appears to struggle after seeing mum as they find it distressing to say goodbye. I support them by acknowledging and validating their feelings, telling them when they will next see mum and giving them a hug to comfort them.
