Child care order

I have recently been to court due to social service saying my son was not injured the way I have explained meaning I am getting the blame. One son has been put under a SGO the other one a child care order for 6-12 months. I know the child care order is easier to remove but how would I even start to prove myself as it’s like I’m lost and don’t know where to begin. From what I’ve been told a child care order can be removed once 12 months has past can anybody give me advice. Thanks

You need to speak to your solicitor not mumsnet. You might need someone to help you understand the processes - have you asked your solicitor if you can have an advocate or an intermediary?

Please get a solicitor. You won't have to pay
