Average mileage

Hello!

We are going to panel in June and going to get a car at the same time. We're looking at getting a seat arona on finance but you have to put in your expected mileage beforehand.

Obviously we have no idea where our future foster child's school, contact etc will be. Just wondering how many miles foster carers tend to do per year? Not looking for an exact just wondering if a ball park :)

Hard to say, our first child attended a school 16 miles away, so that was 64 miles per day. Also had to transport them to contact and lots of health appointments.
When SW rings to place a child with you they will tell you where the school is so if it is too far you can refuse.

Hiya, in 4.5 years I have done 57,000 miles which is a combination of personal trips my own children and fostering. My hubby also does 8,000 a year in his car for work and helping out with pick up and drop offs x

Also my current school run is 40 miles a day x
