Covid vaccinations

I’m not sure if this applies to all authorities but ours is giving priority to carers who want a Covid vaccination.
Our agency issued us with a letter to give to our GP outlining the risks that carers are exposed to and urging our doctor to put us in the same category as frontline workers.
We had our jabs this week.

All foster carers in our county have been/ are being sent invites to come for the vaccine too. Been happening over the last week or so.

My local authority gave us a link to book appointments a couple of weeks ago. We didn’t have to go via the GP, we just got a link sent via email. So I had my first one nearly 2 weeks ago.
