Does anyone know of any agencies that will accept applications for Fostering in Kent or the South East where my wife only has Further Leave to Remain. She has been in the country since August 2019, has a bio-metric residency card and currently works full time with her own national insurance number but cannot gain indefinite leave to remain until Feb 2025.
The government website says you only need to be a UK resident (and not ILR) but agency responses so far have said that due to 'best practice' they will not proceed our application.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated
