Fostering always appealed to both me and DH and both said we like to do that and maybe adoption but we have had 3 kids in 3 years when we had twins and I am now expecting 6th. Do you think we could adopt/foster when our bio kids are older or come to terms with the fact we won’t be able to do that?

Yes you could still foster and/or adopt!

You can definitely still Foster. Adopt maybe (age can be a factor with some agencies)

Could you look at respite care? Many families really benefit from this.
