Safer Caring Policy-electrical items

I am about 5 weeks away from going to panel to see if I am accepted as a foster carer. I have been asked to complete our Foster Family Safer Care Plan and am struggling, I think I have got most of it covered but as a foster carer do I have to get electrical items in my house PAT tested? Some of the draft plans I have seen mention getting electrical appliances tested annually and some don't.

I have wanted to foster ever since I can remember but these last few weeks are feeling very unnerving.

We didn’t need to test individual items. Just yearly gas check and 10 year Electric’s.
Our safer caring was more around safeguarding child and ourselves.
Eg, not allowed in our bedroom, could go in our children’s bedroom but doors must remain open. Appropriate clothing to be worn.
Bathrooms locked when in use.
Wether or not they would need help with personal care, who would help. Etc.
We have a health and safety report we need to fill in yearly, this outlines safety around the home, eg pond civers, no knife blocks, use of car seats, pet health, locks on sheds, COSH. etc
