Help I need advice , I have just undergone a viability assessment with my husband to be long term carers for my grandchildren but it has been assessed negatively by svc, the grandchildren are part of on going care proceedings and I share joint care with my mum for them, I am now being asked two weeks away from the next court hearing to apply as a sole carer which means I have to give up my marriage also can I challenge the decision with legal advice and I don't feel we have received any feedback on the reasons why.
