Russian speaking foster parents

Hello. My name is Elena. I come from Russia and have been living in London for nearly 15 years. My children have grown up and left home. I’m thinking about being a foster mum.
Is anybody here with a russian background who became a foster parent here, in the Uk and who would like to share their experience with me, please?

There is a huge shortage of FC so I’d imagine a local authority would be very pleased to hear from you, especially speaking another language!
