Hi just a quick one, am I allowed to take my foster to adoption child in a taxi? Need to go out and it's heavily raining

Why not?

Thought there was a lot of dos and donts. Also they don't provide child seats and mine is in hubbys car x

There are rules about car seats in taxis and I don't think it applies as there are so many different types and obviously weight and age of the child. I can't help but ask why can you not clarify with a social worker or use a bus

@bexollie SW phone was turned off so left message. Ended up having to cancel my appointment. SW eventually got back with no. So good job I cancelled. Plus bus would have taken around 45 mins and they don't sit still as it is. Thanks though
