fostering assessment

Hi everyone

Found out today we have passed the inital foster assessment. We have been told the process is very invasive. Im concerned about debts...no orders or agencies involved n we make ends meet. What paperwork do they look for? Is it like a mortgage application and want X amount of months of statements? From all acounts?

I had the finance assessment and it was just to see what you pay out and if you have cash in savings for an emergency There was a section on loans but don't have credit as I'm on benefits .I think it's mainly to see if you manage money ok.
I've has about six visits if not more and I wouldn't say it was intrusive but they need to get a full picture of your life and how you were parented as it makes you what you are today They aren't looking for perfection either so don't worry
