Fostering and CMS payments

Hi advice needed.
I'm thinking of starting the fostering process. Would any income from fostering ie allowances fees rewards be used in the calculation of CMS payments.

What to you mean by cms?

No, it is an allowance for the fostered child not a taxable income so wouldn't be included when calculating payments.
