Hi all.
Did anyone struggle to get a mortgage?
We are hoping to buy this year but have been warned that due to the fostering we may find it difficult to get a mortgage.
Any advice on companies used etc greatly appreciated.

Endsleigh offer mortgages when fostering. Have a look on the Fostering Network website for more info

A lot of general mortgage company don't take fostering allowance into account. Intact a lot don't take self-employed income into account since the recessions. But as gymbob said there are a few out there who specialise. Good luck.

Used independent mortgage adviser, no problems.
