Choosefostering is a campaign being carried out by Oxfordshire County Council, Tower Hamlets and the charity PACT. It is aimed at recruiting much needed foster carers who are able to foster siblings. There is a national shortage of sibling foster carers and it is so important that we can keep siblings together when they are in care.
