ANY Fostering Solutions carers out there?

Hi, I am urgently trying to make contact with any Fostering Solutions current foster carers, the IFA I foster for has just been taken over by them. Can anyone help?

Hi I'm with them. Haven't had any problems. Lots of training on offer. Been with them nearly 3 years.

We're really worried about what will happen. We've heard mileage allowance is restricted and no-one will tell us what the allowances per child will be when its all swapped over. Loads of us are pretty experienced and happy with the way things are.everyone is quire stressed and secrecy is not helping...

The agency I work for has taken over several agencies over the years and the carers were given the option of changing over to the new contract or remaining on their old one.

Ask to see the new contract so that you can compare it to your current one. Anything which will be detrimental you should negotiate to keep.

They can't just demand you sign a new contract if it'll be worse for you.
