I want to shout with excitement as a LA Fc I want to say I have Sw's who do what they say they will listen when needed and genuinely care about the children..

Sorry I have to celebrate I'd love to put the authority on here "celebrate the positives"

Im in my first placement, a really simple case that blew up into a horrible case within weeks, and I can say that all the SW involved have been brilliant, esp my SSW. I have a new appreciation of how hard they work and how difficult their job is. ANd how their hands are tied by the legal system.

I just wish the law was more supportive, and that the rights of the child took precedence over the rights of the parents.

Yes I have only positive stories. As in all walks of life some SWs are better than others but I've never met one who doesn't try their best for the children in their care.

My currant FPSW is amazing in the support she gives me and my family.
