LAC2 - what does this mean?

I know the LAC part, but what does the number signify?

It was mentioned today in a meeting with regard to my FC's sibling, as in - FC's sibling's social worker is part of the LAC2 unit.

It does mean there's more than one LAC team. Our area has three - LAC1,LAC2 and LAC3

I thought it might have been an age thing - young kids LAC, young teens LAC2, etc, etc
