Can anyone telll me what sort of things i would find in my file as a foster carer

Your Form F will be in the file and other documents that were needed for your approval. Copies of your annual reviews should be in the file (but often don't find their way into the file unless there is a good admin person) and probably not much more. You can however have access to your file under legislation. There is I think a confidential section that you can't see and the only reason for this is because it contains 3rd party information eg. something someone else has said about you, rather than things between you and the social workers. I think in some LAs referees reports are confidential, but not entirely sure.

Best thing is to ask your ssw this question, but remember you can have access to your file under legislation "Access to Records"
