My LO's are leaving me very soon age 2.5 and 5, been with us 18 months, and I would love any ideas on what to put in their leaving letters. the obvious, ie about us and thier journey with us, but I am stuck on the wording.

Hmm

I've just done a memory box for ours (2.9 & 3.6) which included lots of their pictures they'd drawn, LO's day book from playgroup and a scrap book with photos and a description of things we did, places we went, when they started walking/potty training, favourite songs etc.

The end of the scrap book was a little 'letter' to them both, just telling them how much we'd enjoyed having them, how we knew we'd spend many hours wondering how they were, and hope they'd have a happy, healthy life...

I can't remember the exact wording, but I think it was quite 'grown up' with no mention of why there were in care, but that I knew their mum loved them very very much and was really good and supportive with us..

Hope you ok with the move... having just gone through it (last week after 16 months) I know how hard it is... Sad.. good luck x x x
