and now ready to go again!

Our first placement was much harder than we thought that it ever would be, it was a steep learning curve. We still miss LO but we're in touch with the new fc, and I bumped into maternal gran in the shops today!

So, we'll take it nice and gentle this time, sticking to our original plan of one child, 4-9 hrs.

Thinking also it would be an idea to do respite and see how we go.

All I need to do now is get on top of my chores etc!

Fab news - you did such a great job with the 2 LO's that you were thrown into the deep end with :)

Glad that it hasn't put you off

A x

Hi

So glad to see you back, have been wondering how you were getting on!

Is such a shame you had it so tough for your first placement. You did your best for LO and should be proud of yourselves. We can only do our best.

Good luck with your next placement. Our first placement (current) newborn is an angel so we consider ourselves very lucky!

xx

It'll probably be a waiting game again, but we'll get the ball rolling again at least :)

I am so looking forwards to our current placement ending - but so not looking forwards to the waiting game again :S

SenSationsMad · 05/05/2011 18:59

Are you still looking after the first LO? How long for ?

I'm guessing we'll be waiting a while, but I'm not going to stress about it as I've got plenty of other things to be getting on with!

My Lo is leaving tomorrow. I have mixed feelings. I just pray ss have got it right this time (but a huge part of me doubts it!)

It's always going to be hard isn't it, even like me, when you've initiated the move on.
Hope it goes ok for you fish, look after yourself.

Sensations Thank you.

The parting never gets any easier does it? I have not packed anything yet. A busy (and emotional) day tomorrow me thinks Sad

Today marks the end of the 26th week that our LO has been here. We are just waiting on the date and time for the children's hearing/panel then he will be going home (Hopefully)

SenSationsMad · 06/05/2011 16:43

And he's been well looked after and well loved in that time, so big pat on the back for Squidgy and fish too! Smile
