Hi! Thought I would check back in and let you know that.....we have been approved!!! Now the waiting really begins! X

Oh that is just brilliant news.

Now though, the real hard work & the emotions kick in.

One of my LO's (she's almost 3 going on 12 and been with us for 8 months now) for the first time tonight told me she loves me - completely unprovoked and I am so tickled pink its untrue...

My heart breaks and sings on a daily basis.

Take this time to get physically and mentally prepared.. we had to wait 9 days and I don't think my feet have touched the floor since.

This (IMHO) is the BEST and the HARDEST job in the world - and I haven't even had to let them go yet!!!

Keep in touch and the very very best of luck - what age & how many have you been approved for?

Maypole-I am soooo exited but quite nervous too!

P99-that's lovely! We have been approved for one 0-2 year old (have three of my own).
Will (try!) to take your advice and take this time to prepare, although I keep jumping when the phone rings!

I am sure I will be back again soon for advice.......
