Has anyone received their census form yet? I got mine a couple of days ago and don't know how to fill it in for the children with me - I rang the helpline which was dreadful and now am more confused!

I have 2 children living with me, one who is due to move on shortly but I don't know exactly when, and 1 who has only been with me a few weeks. The census asks if they live anywhere else for more than 30 days a year - I don't know previous or upcoming addresses so how do I fill this in? There is no option to leave it blank or write an explanation either!

Anyone managed to fill one in?

If they are going to be with you on March 27th put them on your form.

Did they come from home, if so you should have the address on the Essential information paperwork. If you don't have that paperwork you need to kick your SWs butt. If they came from another carer the address should also be on that paperwork again if not kick butt.
Even without the paperwork the children's Sw should be able to give you the information you need.

I wouldn't worry about the 30 days unless there is a definate plan for overnight stays anywhere, just say no.
