Well even though our MQs are being completely refurbished, we have to do a complete march out clean - because someone "will be allocated this MQ". Lets wait and see huh? If the disturbance doesn't get paid then we are really stuck, as the cleaners are going to cost us £300, then we have school uniform etc on top of that!

I haven't heard of them (but different geographical area.) Perhaps you could try asking DHE if they have? I only ask because at our last march-out the DHE lady gave us a couple of leaflets for cleaning firms, both of whom guaranteed they would clean the house up to march-out standards. If DHE found anything wrong, they phoned the firm directly and the firm came along and did the further cleaning necessary, without involving you.

Where are you Saltire? There is a new guaranteed cleaning scheme now, see here I don't think it is running in Scotland though

We are in hampshire. They do say they will guarantee it is to standard.

Several years ago I remember being told about DHE (as it was then) offering a pre payment cleaning scheme, it was very expensive though, and the housing officer at the time told me it wasn't worth it -

Apparently this one is bespoke, they come and have a look and give you an individual quote depending on how dirty you are how much needs doing. I have heard good reports, it is def guaranteed as DE/MHS are running it, so no worries about failing march out!
