MHS supplied cots - drop side?

Does anyone know if the cots you can get MHS to supply have a drop side mechanism. Trying to decide if I should bother buying one or just get one from them.

Ours too. It was a very nice one as well in a simple pale wood with no decals or anything. Solidly build and came brand new & put together/ready to use with, of course, a brand new mattress as well.

Not a cot-bed type though. Took standard cot sheets and could not be 'converted' into a childs bed if this is important to you?

No problem, I was very happy with ours, it was the same as LovelyKay describes.

Thanks LK. I don't need it to be a cot-bed as DD's bed has a 2nd bed underneath it which rolls out which we'll probably use, besides by the time MollyBump is ready to graduate from the cot DH will be retiring from this life WooooHoooo.

Ours is also lovely, brand new, pale wood with a drop side. And ... it now belongs to us! at our last posting they said they bin all the cots after use so we might as well take it with us. Sodexo and Qinetiq don't talk to each other so the new base wouldn't believe me that it belonged to the army and so the man said just keep it!! Its worth asking ....

Yes ours did too and you will get a brand new mattress too.
