Could be very expensive but great that this issue is being dealt with. However it depends how far human rights are taken within the military. I was at first shocked when DH told me that the MOD were outside the human rights law, however on further discussion with him I could see how it continued the instilled disipline that I always admire in him and could never tolerate myself
