Vp - I am sure you can claim that back. Read something about it in the AFF magazine ages ago. You have to get a bill from BT and DE will refund you. Am going to have a look in case I am imagining this...

god its not edinburgh office is it. if it is give up now and save yourself a lot of bother. i still have the nervous twitch from dealing with them the last time.

Its Jim in the Aldershot office who deals with the Shrivenham patch, he is friendly but inefficient his boss just reads to rule book over and over and over again! i tried explaining that by the move i'll be 33/40 pg and don't fancy sorting it out on my own but she made it clear that that is my problem not hers.
I'm resigned to it now but i was soooo cross on Friday!
i hope its not like this every time???

Im new to mumsnet and slowly finding my way around it lol.
my dh has just been posted to penicuik and was hoping someone could help me out, does anyone know what the married quaters are like there? thanks
