Do you know anything about Manston? (MOD Fire Services Central Training Establishment)

My dad is posted there in June, so just wondering if anybody knows anything about the camp / quarters / what it's like round there?

Sorry Fio, yes, Manston in Kent! The other end of the country from Plymouth. Good job we don't live in Cornwall any more.

No, just my mum and dad are moving there. My dad is RAF, so gets to live in lots of wierd and wonderful places. They're moving back from Cyprus, so won't get a chance to visit before they pitch up! Sounds nice though, thanks.
