Anyone know what the bases are called

How do you mean? The specific name of a base or the general name for army bases?Or do you mean you want a list of bases like Fallingbostel/Hohne/Osnabruck etc

the specific name of a base.....in conversation with my counsin last night she told me which one she was going to and by the time Id woken up Id forgotten what the name was....! Are there many in germany do you know?

There are around 15 or so.
The main ones I know are:

Hohne
Fallingbostel
Osnabruck
Paderborn
Herford
Celle
Sennelager
Rheindahlen
Guteslo h
Hameln
Sontoffen

The bases aren't secret bases BL.

Anyone can look up information on the army's website about those bases.

Lucie, can't believe you forgot BF!!!!!!!! second your remark to BL - I have had a standoff with her before about what we discuss on here, and my response was pretty much the same as yours. Osnabruck will be no more after the summer though.
