we only get to bloody see each other at the weekend but he has to stay behind to get a bunch of recruits up to scratch on there pt.

im used to things like this happening now but we have to get a new car at the weekend and now i have to deal with it all on my own [gulp]

hopefully my dad will be there to help me because im sure garages see me coming and just take the piss out me.

Put your 'Dont piss me about Im not in the mood' fac eon Kerry, I had to go get mine on my own as DH was away, and it was my first car. I was Not going to take any crap

kerrykatona · 19/09/2007 17:23

this is the 3rd car i have had to get on my own so really i should be used to it now, they really pick there weekends for messing us about.

it would be nice to actually do something like this as a couple for once rather than dh turning up to find a new car in the drive and his holidays all booked for him.

Yep DH is with the Royal Sigs Motor Bike Team, and is away from March to October, with a few days home during the week if he is lucky, and has been for 15 years so am always having to do it on my own.
