Can anyone tell me if it's better to get in touch with carillon amey or just to call a plumber to fix a toilet? Not urgent as it's not leaking just not flushing.

Should be CA as they are contracted to do it, if you paid for a plumber it may get fixed quicker but I doubt that you can claim your money back unfortunately
