I posted it over in chat, and thought it would get more answers.

DH left the Armed Forces in July. He was told that his gratuity would be paid within 1-12 days of him leaving, he was told this twice before he left, then again afterwards. He then rang again and was told it will be 15-35 days after leaving the service, a complete change of timescale from that originally given to him by 3 different people.
We cannot move out of the MQ until its been paid, so DIO are benefitting by getting up to 25 days of us paying to be irregular occupants.
Can anyone advise on how long it should take?

Hi Saltire,

The Service Personnel and Veterans Agency (SPVA) state it takes up to 35 days to be paid.
